Terry D. Goldberg, Esquire

The founding partner of Terry D. Goldberg & Associates in 1999, Terry began his practice in the Philadelphia law firm of Datz and Goldberg in 1984. Terry concentrates his practice in the litigation of personal injury matters, focusing on catastrophic motor vehicle and general negligence cases in both state and federal court. Terry is also regularly selected by his peers to sit as an arbitrator. Through his years of practice, Terry has had countless victories through litigation, arbitration, and settlement.

Jason R. Weiss, Esquire

Jason is a 2008 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. During law school, Jason was an editor of the International Law Review and Co-Chair of the Student Bar Association's Information Technology Committee. He also performed an internship with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Jason is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, as well as in Federal Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Julianna Burdo, Esquire

Julie graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 1999. From 1999 to 2008, Julie practiced as a litigation associate in the personal injury group at the law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP. Julie then worked at Kline & Specter, P.C., as an associate in the catastrophic injury group, where she concentrated her efforts on medical malpractice. Julie joined the Firm in June 2009. Her practice includes all types of plaintiff's personal injury cases, with an emphasis on medical malpractice. She is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
